The location is peaceful, the stuff is excellant, and the hotel is incredibly beautiful. The room is airy and modern, comes with a big bed and a fridge, for instance. The breakfast is marvellous and satisfactory, includes a wide range of meals.

The bathrooms are very small.

such a really great stay of 3 nights. great and perfect location with particularly nice view of the mountains. a wide array of food at the marvellous breakfast. location so close to a brilliant cafe with delicious breakfast and a nice barber shop as well as chiang mai after taking the night train up from bangkok.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The room was good-sized and beautifully designed. The bathroom was beautiful. The room had views of the mountains. The location was favorable, about a 10-15 minute walk from a westward-facing gate.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are affordable and it's clear that they've put thought into the small details. The location is perfect, as it's within walking distance to attractions like Wat Phra Sing and the Sunday night market. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the cozy rooms are sufficient. I especially loved our "mountain view room" which offered a great view of the surrounding landscape. The breakfast, although basic, was also amazing. this hotel is a fantastic choice for a stay in beautiful northern Thailand.

I had a wonderful stay at 3 Laan House in Chiang Mai. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young woman at the reception who spoke excellent English. She provided us with a map of the city and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The tours they offered were of great value, especially with the 10% discount. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too busy but still close to everything. The bed was comfy and clean, and the shower was decent. The internet connection was stable, which was a relief after experiencing poor connections in other places. The large tinted glass windows and balcony were a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenience of having a 7-eleven and self-service laundry nearby. The walk to and from the airport took only around 40 minutes. I highly recommend staying at 3 Laan House for a pleasant and convenient experience.
